On October 15, 2026, we quietly opened the doors to Lavii Vanta, our furniture showroom in Foothill Ranch, serving the Lake Forest community. There was no formal grand-opening campaign. We simply opened the doors and began meeting our neighbors.
A little less talking. A lot more listening.
Before planning a bigger introduction, we wanted to understand how the people living around us would see the store. What would catch their attention? Which pieces could they picture at home? What would they wish we had?
We hope to be part of this neighborhood for many years. That makes these early conversations especially important. The people closest to us are the people we want to serve well first, and listening to them is helping our team decide how the showroom should grow.
We opened our doors to introduce ourselves—and to get to know our neighbors.
The surprise of finding something different
Over these first nearly two weeks, one response has been especially encouraging: visitors have told us how refreshing it is to see so many different designs together. Some have found pieces unlike anything they had come across before.
That response means a great deal to us. We want the showroom to be a place where you can discover a different direction for your home, while still finding furniture that makes sense for everyday life.
Familiar, thoughtfully presented
Classic Heritage
In our Classic Heritage collection, the way we bring traditional American furniture together has resonated with visitors. Carefully arranged rooms help familiar shapes and details feel inviting, and make it easier to imagine how the pieces could work at home.
A fresh perspective
Bauhaus
Our Bauhaus collection has sparked conversations for a different reason. Visitors have responded to its fresh designs and told us that the sizes and proportions feel right for their homes. Discovering something unexpected matters even more when you can picture where it will fit.
Your suggestions are shaping what comes next
We have also heard what you would like to see more of. Rugs and outdoor furniture have come up in our conversations, and we are now planning areas for both. These additions are still in the planning stage; we will share more as they take shape.
Those suggestions are valuable to our team. They help us look beyond our own ideas and pay closer attention to the homes and everyday needs around us. We will keep listening as the store develops.
Come in and get to know us
If you live in Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, or nearby, we would love for you to stop by. You will find Lavii Vanta in the same shopping center as Costco, in the former At Home space.
Take a walk through the rooms, sit down, look closely, and see what catches your eye. You do not need a finished room plan to visit. Even if you are simply curious about what kind of furniture store has opened in the neighborhood, you are welcome.
And before you leave, tell us what you think. These first conversations are only the beginning.
