Description
Zivelle Dining Chair
A carbon steel dining chair with a PU-upholstered seat and back, for everyday tables that need to look clean and hold up to daily use.
It measures 19.69 inches wide and 24.02 inches deep, with a 31.3-inch back. The width keeps it compact enough to fit four or more around a standard table, while the depth gives you room to sit back rather than balance on the front edge. The back reaches comfortably up past your shoulder blades, so it works for a quick breakfast and for a dinner that runs long.
The frame is carbon steel, which carries weight in a much thinner profile than wood. That means slimmer legs, a lighter look, and joints that don't dry out or work loose with the seasons. It's also sturdy enough that the chair doesn't feel flimsy when you lean back or pull it out with one hand.
The seat and back are PU, a smooth synthetic surface that wipes down with a damp cloth. Crumbs brush off, sauce doesn't soak in, and there's no weave to trap dust. It won't develop the aged look real leather does, and it's best kept out of strong direct sun, but for a table that gets used three times a day, easy cleanup is the feature that matters.
Why It Works
- Compact 19.69" width fits more seats around a standard table without crowding
- 24.02" depth lets you sit back comfortably instead of perching on the edge
- 31.3" back supports you past the shoulder blades through long meals
- Carbon steel frame stays slim and steady, with nothing to warp or loosen
- Wipe-clean PU seat and back makes spills and crumbs a ten-second job
Ideal Placements
A busy family kitchen. Steel and wipe-clean upholstery are made for the table where everyone eats, does homework, and spills something at least once a day.
A small apartment dining area. The slim steel legs keep the chair visually light, so a set of four doesn't make a compact room feel packed.
A home office or desk nook. The supportive back and easy-care surface make it comfortable for a few hours of work, and it looks at home in a living space rather than like office furniture.
Styling Pairings
Steel frames pair best with a warm table. Oak, walnut, or a mid-tone wood top softens the metal and keeps the room from feeling cold. For a sharper look, a white marble, sintered stone, or glass top leans more modern and graphic.
Because both the frame and seat surface are smooth, the room needs some texture. Add a wool or flat-weave rug under the table, linen curtains, a woven basket, or ceramic dishes with a matte glaze. Warm white, greige, and soft charcoal walls all suit it.
Matte black or brushed metal pendant lights tie back to the frame. Keep the tabletop simple with a low vase or bowl so the clean lines of the chairs stay visible.
Vibe & Aesthetic
Clean modern with a light industrial edge. Slim metal lines, smooth surfaces, and no ornament. It suits a contemporary apartment, a loft, a modern farmhouse kitchen, or any minimalist dining space where practical materials matter as much as the look.
