Davena Sideboard

Davena Sideboard

If you want the dining table back for actual meals, the Davena Sideboard gives those everyday extras another place to live. This sideboard suits dining rooms and living spaces that need a useful surface and storage without putting a deep cabinet in the walkway.

Davena measures 62.99 inches long, 15.75 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high. It has room on top for a lamp and a serving tray, yet its relatively slim depth makes it easier to place along a wall where people pass by. Picture setting down the plates before dinner, then leaving just a bowl and a book on top when the evening is over.

Made with MDF and saddle leather, it brings a tactile material note to a practical piece of furniture. Work with that contrast rather than covering it up: a soft linen shade, a simple ceramic vase, and a little open space let the materials do the talking.

Why It Works

• Less depth to work around: Its 15.75-inch width helps preserve room to move in a dining or living area.
• Useful surface length: At 62.99 inches long, it has space for lighting, a tray, and a few chosen objects.
• Handy height: The 31.5-inch profile puts serving pieces within easy reach.
• Tactile material pairing: MDF and saddle leather add a softer note to an everyday sideboard.

Ideal Placements

• Beside the dining table: Keep a serving tray close without leaving it on the table between meals.
• Along a living room wall: Give a lamp, books, and other daily items a dedicated landing spot.
• At the edge of an open-plan dining area: Define the space while keeping the main path clear.

Styling Pairings

Pair Davena with a round mirror or one large piece of artwork, then add a linen-shaded lamp and a shallow stoneware bowl. Warm cream, clay, and dark brown textiles sit comfortably with saddle leather. A woven rug nearby gives the room a softer counterpoint to the sideboard's straight, practical silhouette.

Vibe & Aesthetic

Warm contemporary with a restrained, tactile feel. Davena works in modern or transitional rooms where useful furniture still deserves a little character.
